Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the CelestiAI application ("App").
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Description of Services and Disclaimer1.1. Entertainment Purpose
CelestiAI provides astrological forecasts, analytics, and recommendations based on artificial intelligence. The services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
1.2. Not Medical or Financial Advice
The information provided by CelestiAI:
  • Is NOT medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
  • Should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
  • Should not serve as the basis for making important life or financial decisions.
Always seek the advice of qualified professionals (doctors, psychologists, financial advisors). The developer is not responsible for any decisions made by the user based on information from the App.
1.3. Artificial Intelligence
Content in the App is partially generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI may produce errors ("hallucinations"), or provide inaccurate or outdated information. The user must evaluate the information received critically.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App offers access to premium features ("Premium Access") on a subscription basis.
2.1. Subscription Terms
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal depends on the plan selected (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual).
  • Subscription Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
  • Unused Portion: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
2.2. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect following notice and/or an update to the terms in the App Store.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding data provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by copyright laws.
4. User Conduct
Restrictions apply to user content and interaction with AI. You agree not to:
  • Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App or access its API.
  • Use the App in any way that violates the rights of third parties.
5. Links to Other Websites
The App may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the developer. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
